Driver was 10mins late. He speaks english very well, very entertaining in her stories. We just visited 2 places and 1 mall for 12 hours. We ate in an expensive restaurant near the 2nd destination. Good view but very expensive food. Traffic in some areas. We didnt go to the waterfall bec he said it will take long due to lanslides. He didn't take pictures bec he is not inside the places we visited. Fortunately we have tripod.

Service was impeccable, my driver Ketut Majuarta is a very kind person who gave us and explained us a lot of information about the balinese culture, traditions and religion. He also recommended us good places to visit Very good driving and enjoyable time

It's nice to have a private car driving you around Bali. As the driver is already familiar with the place and the route, it's really convenient. The driver will also recommend better places that might have lesser crowds compared to locations recommended on the internet. We also appreciate the driver's skills and how he navigates the difficult roads of Bali. There are really steep roads going up and going down. Also big holes on the road while driving on a steep slope. Kudos to Agus Ari. Salute to you on handling that difficult roads.

We had a wonderful experience with our driver, Puta! He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Throughout the trip, he shared interesting stories and local insights about Bali that made the journey so much more enjoyable. Puta was also very professional and patient, always making sure we were comfortable and never rushed. His recommendations for places to visit and eat were spot on!
