Terms of Service for BaliCab and MLANJO

Welcome to the Terms of Service for BaliCab and MLANJO. These terms govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, websites, and services.
By downloading, installing, or using the BaliCab or MLANJO apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These services are proudly operated by PT Bali Cakravat Arya Bhanda. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
PT Bali Cakravat Arya Bhanda provides technology platforms that connect users with independent third-party service providers:
BaliCab: A platform connecting users seeking transportation and ride-hailing services with independent driver partners.
MLANJO: A platform connecting users seeking local delivery services (including food and goods) with independent driver partners and local merchants.
Our services are currently focused on providing reliable solutions within our operational zones, including but not limited to the Jembrana region (such as Gilimanuk, Melaya, and Pekutatan) and Denpasar (such as Panjer and Renon). We are a technology company, not a direct transportation or delivery provider.
To use BaliCab or MLANJO, you must register for an active user account.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.
Security: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your account password secure.
When using our applications, you agree that you will not:
Use the services for any unlawful purpose, including transporting illegal goods or engaging in fraudulent activity.
Cause nuisance, annoyance, or property damage to our driver partners, merchants, or any other party.
Copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the applications in any medium.
Attempt to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security of the BaliCab or MLANJO platforms.
Fares and Charges: You agree to pay all charges associated with your use of BaliCab or MLANJO. Fares for rides or delivery fees are calculated based on distance, time, demand, and other applicable factors, and will be displayed in the app before you confirm your booking.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash directly to the driver partner or through integrated digital payment methods and electronic wallets supported within the app.
Modifications: PT Bali Cakravat Arya Bhanda reserves the right to adjust pricing, fees, or promotional offers at any time at our sole discretion.
You acknowledge that the driver partners providing transportation for BaliCab and delivery services for MLANJO are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or joint venturers of PT Bali Cakravat Arya Bhanda.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PT Bali Cakravat Arya Bhanda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or property damage related to, in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the services.
We do not guarantee the quality, suitability, safety, or ability of third-party providers. You agree that the entire risk arising out of your use of the services remains solely with you.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the services at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our platforms and users.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
