Je n'ai pas apprécié le chauffeur. Il a fait son travail, de m'amener la ou je le souhaitais mais il faisait en sorte de me faire sentil comme un porte monnaie ambulant en me proposant de dépenser mon argent partout (bijoux, souvenirs...) il était insistant et je n'ai pas aimé. De plus il avait une conduite très agressive (à essayé de doubler des voitures pendant des bouchons en allant avec les scooter sur le trottoir et n'a pas réussi). Il était aussi très insistant pour que je lui paye l'entrée partout pour qu'il m'accompagne.

Grateful the driver got us to and from Ubud safely, however he wasn’t very helpful. We told him the places in Ubud we wanted to visit and we based our itinerary on the fact we’ll have a driver taking us from 1 place to another, instead everytime we called him to transfer us somewhere he would tell us we could walk there. We spent a lot of time walking from place to place because he didn’t fetch us. When I mentioned a place I was interested in, he said it’s a long drive with traffic (40 minutes) but we booked him to take us places. He didn’t tell us in advance what time we should leave Ubud to stay within the 12 hour booking and when I called him at one point to help us get to another place, he told us there’s no time and just meet him so we can drive back to our hotel.

We had a great experience with our driver Kadek in Bali! He was professional, friendly, and always on time. He drove us safely around the island and made our trip very comfortable. He also shared helpful tips and local insights that made our journey even more enjoyable. We really appreciated his kindness and patience. Highly recommend him if you're visiting Bali

Our driver Eka was wonderful! He made our trip even more memorable. Even through traffic, we had fun because of our funny conversations with him. We didn’t plan where we wanted to go and trusted Eka’s suggestions. He drove smoothly, his car was clean, replies fast, and he was easy to talk to! We have nothing negative to say, only positive. In the last few days of my trip I met a lot of drivers but Eka was something. I have never been with someone so knowledgeable not only about bali but for places all aroujd the world. He was super respectful, never hesitated to take me to the places Inwanted to see and hearing his stories was a pleasure fr. Truly a gem of a person, took very good photos as well. Enjoyed my time with him, came in as a stranger left as a friend.

Our Driver, Eka Korniawan attended our day today for 12 hours. He had me updated since the day before the trip and we appreciate his dedication and communicative skills despite being just a private car rental. Upon arrival at our hotel, he was very understanding and patient. He was so welcoming and full of positive energy, we were quite happy that he knows a little of our local language which speaks volume about his demographic knowledge. I had a wonderful time exploring Ubud, and I owe a big part of that to my amazing driver, Putunano. From start to finish, he was incredibly patient, cooperative, and always willing to adjust based on what I needed throughout the day. His helpful suggestions made my itinerary even better, and I truly appreciated how easy it was to communicate with him. Thanks to him, my trip was smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. If I ever come back to Bali, I would definitely want him as my driver again. I highly recommend Putunano to anyone reading this—you’ll be in great hands!
